Our client, a multi-award-winning, London-based architecture practice, is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Studio Manager to provide critical support to the practice management. With an international reputation for delivering outstanding projects across arts, education, and residential sectors, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a talented team and contribute to the practice's continued success.
Position Overview
As Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and productive day-to-day running of the studio while fostering a positive culture and ethos. This diverse position encompasses aspects of HR, administration, finance, new business, PR, marketing, and facilities management. Working closely with the senior management team, you will provide essential support across a wide range of tasks, setting the ideal conditions for the production of excellent design work.
Responsibilities
Manage the efficient and productive day-to-day running of the studio
Support the senior management team across a range of tasks, including HR, administration, finance, new business, PR, marketing, and facilities management
Foster a positive studio culture and ethos, promoting collaboration and excellence
Engage with new business opportunities and contribute to the practice's long-term strategic objectives
Manage CRM systems and social media presence
Drive improvements in office management and processes
Requirements
Degree-level education
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, supporting senior management in office or studio management
Experience working in a creative business of at least ten people.
Proficiency in CRM systems and social media management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues
Financial literacy, including invoicing and budget management
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge of architecture and the arts through personal interest is desirable
