Our client, an award-winning architectural practice in Dalston, is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee their daily operations and contribute to their impactful design work in the culture, arts, and exhibitions sectors.

Position Overview

As the Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice, coordinating project timelines and budgets, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovative design solutions and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource management

• Coordinate project timelines and budgets, liaising with clients and team members

• Foster a collaborative, creative environment that encourages innovative design solutions

• Manage and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional growth

• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to promote the practice's vision

Requirements

• Proven experience in studio management within an architectural or design practice

• Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within a creative team

• Proficiency in relevant software tools  Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

• Passion for impactful design and cultural projects
