Position Overview
As the Studio Manager, you will be essential to the smooth running of the studio. You will oversee a wide range of operational, administrative, and creative support tasks. This role is key to maintaining a positive environment and supporting the success of the architectural team. You will help the practice to function efficiently and grow.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio.
Manage company inboxes and lead weekly admin meetings.
Organise office events, staff travel, and social activities.
Maintain the company website and manage social media channels.
Support PR activities, including preparing press releases.
Assist with HR matters, including recruitment and staff reviews.
Process staff expenses and prepare client invoices.
Foster a positive, professional, and creative studio culture.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Studio Manager, PA, or similar role within an architectural practice.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A confident and personable team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
Experience with Xero for basic financial administration is desirable.
Experience in communications or marketing is a plus.
