Looking for a part-time role where every day is a little different? Join a friendly, creative team at one of London’s most exciting emerging architecture practices. Recently recognised by Wallpaper magazine as one of the Top 20 World Architects of the Future, this award-winning studio is known for its beautifully crafted projects — from striking private homes to thoughtful, design-led multi-unit spaces for living, working, and leisure.
This is a part-time role with flexible options: whether you prefer spreading 20 hours across the week or working three full days, there’s room to make it work for you.
The Role
As Studio Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the studio — keeping things running smoothly, making sure visitors feel welcome, and supporting the directors and team behind the scenes.
This is a 10-month maternity cover contract, with the possibility to extend. If you love keeping things organised, enjoy being the go-to person in a busy, creative environment, and can balance a to-do list with a smile, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
Keep the studio running like clockwork – answering calls, managing post, ordering supplies, and making sure the space looks great.
Support the directors – helping with diary management, travel bookings, and ad-hoc admin.
Be the first friendly face visitors meet – coordinating meeting rooms and greeting guests.
Organise the fun stuff – team socials, client events, and travel plans for site visits.
Keep things connected – updating the CRM, scheduling check-ins, onboarding and offboarding team members.
Help share their story – assisting with social media posts and keeping followers in the loop.
What They’re Looking For
Experience in a similar admin or studio coordination role (bonus if it’s been in a creative environment).
Confident with Microsoft Office (knowledge of tools like Dext is a plus).
Super organised, proactive, and happy juggling multiple priorities.
A great communicator with a warm, professional approach – on the phone, in person, and over email.
Someone who can keep calm under pressure, solve problems on the fly, and use good judgment when things get busy.
About the Studio
This practice brings together international experience and a collaborative spirit to deliver stand-out projects across the UK and beyond. Their work is design-led, thoughtful, and always focused on creating spaces that inspire. The team is a mix of talented, friendly people who genuinely enjoy working together. They value creativity, inclusivity, and supporting each other to grow — making it a fantastic place to spend your working days.
