Position Overview

As a Senior Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the successful delivery of a prestigious £9 million gym fit-out project in High Street Kensington. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in interior architecture, technical coordination, and project management. You will be instrumental in ensuring the project's success, from overseeing technical drawings and packages to handling both shell and core and fit-out scopes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a £9 million gym fit-out project in High Street Kensington, with the potential for additional gym projects to follow

  • Produce and detail comprehensive fire plans and fire stopping solutions

  • Oversee the development and coordination of technical drawings and packages

  • Manage both shell and core and fit-out scopes, ensuring seamless integration

  • Collaborate closely with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Architect with a strong focus on interior architecture

  • Deep understanding of technical coordination, including fire plans and fire stopping

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential for this role

  • Demonstrated ability to handle both shell and core and fit-out scopes

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
