Responsibilities
As a pivotal contributor, you'll spearhead the new phase of a substantial urban regeneration scheme, stewarding multiple projects from conception through to completion. Your role will be instrumental in leading the design team, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless progression of projects that make tangible differences in urban landscapes.
Oversee the architectural development of major multi-building projects, ensuring adherence to design intent and planning regulations.
Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and maintaining communication channels.
Lead international projects, such as a commercial office in Qatar, innovating the legacy design to meet modern sustainable criteria.
Empower junior team members, fostering skills and encouraging participation in the firm's renowned research-driven design process.
Requirements
Proficiency in Revit is crucial.
Experience in residential, commercial, urban design, or masterplanning sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a talented team and consult with stakeholders.
A portfolio illustrating exceptional design and project leadership abilities.
