Responsibilities
At the heart of their mission, they are seeking a talented Senior Architect to lead design teams and client liaison effectively. Directing projects successfully at all RIBA stages, maintaining excellent coordination and communication with the design team and clients, and contributing to the residential design realm with their innovative and effective solutions, will be pivotal to your role. The position's significance lies in its potential to shape the urban landscape and improve the inhabitants' living experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Creative leadership skills for projects at all RIBA stages
Around seven to ten years’ experience post-Part 2 and ARB registered
Proficiency in MicroStation and Revit
Strong visualisation skills, preferably with V-Ray, Enscape, Rhino and Photoshop
Experience in design team coordination and client liaison
Eligibility to work in the UK
