Responsibilities

In your pivotal new role, you’ll contribute significantly to the delivery of a residential development, consisting of several substantial buildings. Your impact on the studio will be:

• Leading the design and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring both quality and innovation.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance project objectives.

• Overseeing the progression of projects from conception through to completion.

• Mentoring junior staff and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and foster lasting relationships.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Proficiency in Revit.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of architectural work, particularly in residential, commercial, and urban design.

• Proven track record of delivering projects to a high standard.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Registration with ARB, or equivalent professional accreditation.
