Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in executing complex projects with precision and creativity. Your role will include:

• Developing and overseeing the implementation of a BIM execution plan.

• Leading a team with proficiency in Revit, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards.

• The first project you will be working on is an amazing inner city Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). Whilst you do not need experince on this sector you will need to understand how to work on larger complex projects.

• Ensuring excellence in project delivery, guiding your team throughout the architectural process.

• Building relationships and contributing to the future growth of the firm with the potential for equity participation.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Revit and BIM execution plan development.

• Minimum 5 years of post-Part 3 qualification, with a career trajectory towards leadership.

• Ability to build Revit models and families, coupled with strong project delivery experience.

• Capacity to handle larger projects, with experience in significant city centre or similar developments.

• Aspiration to advance and mould a career within an innovative and growing business.
