Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in executing complex projects with precision and creativity. Your role will include:
Developing and overseeing the implementation of a BIM execution plan.
Leading a team with proficiency in Revit, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards.
The first project you will be working on is an amazing inner city Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). Whilst you do not need experince on this sector you will need to understand how to work on larger complex projects.
Ensuring excellence in project delivery, guiding your team throughout the architectural process.
Building relationships and contributing to the future growth of the firm with the potential for equity participation.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Revit and BIM execution plan development.
Minimum 5 years of post-Part 3 qualification, with a career trajectory towards leadership.
Ability to build Revit models and families, coupled with strong project delivery experience.
Capacity to handle larger projects, with experience in significant city centre or similar developments.
Aspiration to advance and mould a career within an innovative and growing business.
