Position Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the practice's commercial projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to create elegant, coherent architectural solutions that align with client visions and environmental considerations. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development of high-profile commercial projects

• Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions

• Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery

• Build strong client relationships by understanding and realising their aspirations

• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design and environmental regulations

Requirements

• RIBA Part 3 or equivalent professional qualification in architecture

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in architectural practice

• Proven track record in managing commercial projects from concept to completion

• Strong understanding of client engagement and stakeholder management

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Commitment to innovative, sustainable design
