Our client, a design and culture-led architectural practice in Dalston, is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects spanning installations, residential properties, and large-scale architectural endeavours.


Position Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing significant projects, overseeing resourcing, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. Your technical expertise will ensure the team meets the necessary information and requirements at various project stages, while maintaining project integrity and managing client expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage project resourcing, timelines, and stakeholder coordination

  • Provide technical oversight to meet project requirements

  • Demonstrate expertise to maintain project integrity

  • Adapt and manage resources in a dynamic environment

  • Oversee potentially one or two house projects


Requirements

  • Strong project management skills

  • Technical proficiency, particularly in stage three and beyond

  • Ability to manage client expectations and push back when necessary

  • Organisational skills and understanding of small to medium-sized practices

  • Adaptability in managing resource constraints

  • Experience in a small to medium-sized practice

  • Proficiency in Revit for navigating and understanding project deliverables

  • Initiative and drive to learn, develop, and grow within the role

  • Effective management and liaison skills between team and stakeholders
