Responsibilities

As a Project Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving projects, managing various stakeholders, and leading the team. Your key tasks will include:

• Leading architectural projects from inception to completion

• Managing relationships with clients and contractors

• Directing project teams towards successful delivery

• Ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring along:

• Extensive project running experience

• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams

• Excellent relationship management skills with clients and contractors

• A track record of successfully delivering multiple projects from start to finish

• Should have good experience in commercial fitout projects
