Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on commercial fit-out projects, taking projects through the RIBA stages from design brief to delivery.

• Lead on the design and development of fit-out schemes

• Provide clients with professional advice from inception to completion

• Develop and present detailed technical drawings

• Manage construction programmes and contracts

• Liaise with external consultants

• Monitor progress throughout the stages

Requirements

• Office fit out experience

• AutoCAD proficiency

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to use initiative and take responsibility

• Ability to manage and collaborate with others
