Position Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and creative Project Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting comprehensive drawings, details, documentation, and project information to clients. You will also have the chance to liaise with clients and consultants to discuss the feasibility of design proposals. The role presents a unique opportunity to have a profound impact on the design and construction process, while extensively contributing to the overall success and mission of the company.
Responsibilities
Prepare and present detailed, comprehensive drawings for projects to clients
Engage with clients and consultants to discuss project objectives, needs, budget and design feasibility
Coordinate with other specialists and teams, attending presentations and events as needed
Handle any arising issues during the design and construction stages
Assume project responsibility wherever required and act as an interface for clients
Requirements
Our client seeks a highly skilled Project Architect, well-versed in the field of architectural design. A relevant qualification in architecture or a related field, along with proven experience in a similar role, makes you an excellent candidate. Proficient in Revit with strong project management and organisational skills is a prerequisite. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is additionally required.
