Responsibilities

As a Project Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role within a robust and fast-growing team of 15. Your position will involve overseeing high-end residential projects,gian cubes and backyard conversions. In addition to this, you'll step up as team manager in the absence of the founders, keeping the team motivated and focused. Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects from start to finish

• Managing a small team and ensuring efficient project completion

• Acting as team manager when founders are not present

• Encouraging and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• Proven experience in handling projects from inception to completion

• Familiarity with residential projects

• Expertise in using Revit, with a preference for those who can use Rhino and Enscape

• A positive, can-do attitude bolstered by strong problem-solving skills
