The Position
They are looking for an experienced Architect who can play a key role in the delivery of their projects on-site. You should have comprehensive knowledge of Revit, be technically savvy and have an excellent eye for design and detail. You will also need to be commercially aware, reliable and responsible, whilst being able to work well under pressure. You should also have had experience guiding a team and working on workplace or mixed use projects in the UK.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Revit

• Excellent Design & Technical Knowledge

• Commercially aware, Mature, Responsible & Reliable

• Experience Guiding a Team

• Experience Working on Workplace / Mixed use Projects in the UK

• Good Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• Experience of Delivering Projects Through All Work Stages

• Experience Working in Stages 4 and 5 of Large Scale Refurbishment Projects
