Our client is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their team and contribute to their mission of creating spaces that bring joy and inspiration to people's lives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect to work on residential projects with contract values up to £6m and make a meaningful impact on the built environment in London.

Position Overview
As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality residential projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for contract administration, working across all RIBA stages, and managing relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. This position offers the opportunity to champion quality and clarity in your work while providing mentorship and support to team members.
Responsibilities
Contract administrate residential projects with contract values up to £6m
Work across all RIBA stages of work
Manage and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
Undertake site visits and reporting
Champion quality and clarity in work
Provide mentorship and support to team members
Requirements
ARB registered
Preferably, Part 3 achieved in the UK
Minimum five years post Part 2 experience working on UK residential projects
Good design and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working knowledge of JCT/RIBA contracts and UK planning law/policy
Working knowledge of building regulations
Experience in client management and producing construction and joinery details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Polite, organised, and punctual
