Position Overview

As Project Architect, you'll lead architectural projects across retrofit and new-build work, managing design development from inception through to completion. In this role there is a distinct focus on the more front end and you will have great impact on teh design on London's finest workplace projects.


You'll develop and present design proposals that integrate sustainable principles with contextual awareness, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to deliver projects within budget, timeline and buildability constraints. Your role contributes directly to the practice's mission of creating environmentally conscious buildings that enhance occupant wellbeing and respect their surroundings.


Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring design excellence and alignment with project goals

  • Develop and present design proposals incorporating sustainable design principles and contextual awareness

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver projects on budget, on time and to buildability standards

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and documentation compliant with relevant regulations and standards

  • Contribute to studio culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior staff and participating in design reviews


Requirements

  • ARB registered qualified architect

  • Proven experience delivering retrofit projects with strong understanding of sustainable design principles

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (or similar BIM software) and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to contribute effectively in team environments

  • Genuine passion for environmentally conscious design and commitment to creating buildings that respect people and place
