Our client, a rapidly growing boutique architecture practice specialising in large-scale residential projects, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Project Architect to join their team in Wandsworth Town, London.

Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality architecture for our client's property developer clients. You will initially shadow the director and then take on day-to-day management of projects, working across all stages from initial concept to planning and construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Southern Place project on King's Road in Fulham

• Work on large-scale residential projects for property developers

• Attend site meetings and project meetings

• Represent the practice when the director is unavailable

• Contribute to weekly design discussions

• Complete Stage 5 work in Revit for the King's Road project

• Work on concept and feasibility stages for pipeline projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of post-Part 3 experience

• Strong technical skills, particularly in stage four and five delivery

• Experience dealing with contractors, suppliers, and engineers

• Ability to represent the director in client and project meetings

• Ambitious and motivated designer

• Familiarity with building regulations

• Proficiency in Revit
