Position Overview

The Senior Architect will play a crucial role in the studio's growth, independently running projects from RIBA Stages 3-5. This involves liaising directly with high-end clients, coordinating multiple consultancies, and handling contractor queries on site. The position requires a strong focus on technical detailing to ensure the highest quality of finish and delivery for luxury residential and high-end hotel projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects from RIBA Stages 3-5

• Liaise directly with high-end clients and coordinate multiple consultancies

• Handle contractor queries on site and resolve issues pragmatically

• Ensure high quality of finish and delivery for luxury residential, retail, F&B and high-end hotel projects

• Contribute to the design and execution of complex listed buildings with bespoke detailing

• Play a key role in the studio's growth and potentially shape the business

Requirements

• ARB registered with strong experience across RIBA Stages 3-5

• Confident project runner capable of managing jobs independently

• Proven ability to liaise directly with clients and coordinate multiple consultancies

• Solid site experience to handle contractor queries and resolve issues pragmatically

• Previous experience on high-end luxury residential or hotel projects

• Excellent technical detailing skills with a strong emphasis on quality of finish and delivery

• AutoCAD experience

• Positive, can-do energy, being proactive and solutions-focused

• Nice-to-have: Experience working on listed buildings or heritage assets, familiarity with complex façade or refurbishment packages, good communication and presentation skills
