Position Overview

The role of a Project Architect is a pivotal one within the studio. You will work autonomously from project inception to completion, directly contributing to some of the studio's most significant residential projects. As part of their growing team, your work will have a real impact on their client's lives and environments, with an emphasis on west London properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential projects from inception to completion.

• Interface directly with clients for clear communication and project expectations.

• Carry out design on one-off builds, extensions and basement digs.

• Occasionally participate in design for private school education projects.

Requirements

• Qualified Project Architect with at least two years of post-qualification experience.

• Experience in residential design is preferred.

• Proficiency in Vectorworks is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to work independently and willingness to continue learning and developing.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of £40,000 to £45,000.

• 20 days of paid holiday and a discretionary bonus.
