Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative architectural solutions for our client's prestigious residential projects. Working closely with the project team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of exceptional design quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative design concepts and solutions for high-end residential projects
Assist in the preparation of detailed design drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
Contribute to the development of technical design packages, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning processes
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication
Support the team in promoting sustainable design practices and environmental consciousness throughout the project lifecycle
Assist with the preparation of planning applications and tender documents
Requirements
Part II qualified or equivalent experience in architecture
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and experience in high-end residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Passion for innovative and sustainable design solutions
