Our client, a specialist architectural practice in Chelsea, is seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end residential projects for private clients in prime London locations and internationally.
Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with the design and development of bespoke residential projects. You will work closely with the team to produce detailed drawings and specifications, contribute to planning and building regulation applications, and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Responsibilities
Support the design and development of high-end residential projects
Produce detailed drawings and specifications in collaboration with the team
Assist in preparing planning and building regulation applications
Participate in client meetings and communicate with consultants and contractors
Contribute to maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
Part II Architectural qualification or equivalent
Experience working on high-end residential projects
Strong technical skills in architectural design and detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD,
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively within a small team
