Our client, a leading architecture and design studio known for creating exceptional residences and crafted spaces, is seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team in Holborn.
Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant , you will play a crucial role in delivering high-end residential projects, including private houses and smaller developments. Your expertise will contribute to the studio's mission of creating exceptional living spaces that blend architectural brilliance with interior design finesse.
Responsibilities
Assist in various stages of high-end residential projects, from concept to completion
Utilise rendering software to visualise and communicate design concepts effectively
Collaborate with the architecture and interior design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the needs of a small, dynamic studio environment
Potentially transition to using Revit in the future as the studio evolves its design processes
Requirements
Part II qualified Architectural Assistant with relevant experience, ideally in high-end residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for producing accurate and detailed drawings, they will be moving to Revit
Experience with rendering software is highly advantageous for visualising design concepts
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a close-knit team
