Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional design solutions for our client's high-profile projects. You will collaborate closely with the studio's directors and project teams to develop innovative architectural concepts, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence and technical proficiency. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining the studio's reputation for creating stunning spaces that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine architectural designs for a diverse range of projects, including luxury residential developments, boutique hotels, and unique commercial spaces
Collaborate with the studio's directors and project teams to ensure design excellence and technical accuracy throughout all project stages
Participate in client meetings and site visits to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and contribute to successful project delivery
Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Contribute to the studio's creative and supportive culture by sharing ideas, knowledge, and expertise with colleagues
Requirements
Part II architectural qualification (or equivalent) from a recognised institution
Proven experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for delivering exceptional design solutions and a commitment to professional growth
