Position Overview

As a Freelance Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-end residential projects for this unique practice that seamlessly blends architecture, interior design, and property development. You will collaborate closely with the team to produce detailed designs and drawings, ensuring technical excellence and creative flair across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural designs and drawings for high-end residential projects

• Contribute to the creative design and development process, from concept to completion

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on both developer-led and bespoke residential projects

• Prepare and deliver Stage 4 and Stage 5 drawings to a high level of technical detail

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration

• Proven experience injob running experience residential architecture and design

• Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD and Revit (desirable)

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Adaptability and willingness to contribute to a variety of tasks in a small team setting
