Position Overview

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development of innovative placemaking solutions. Working closely with senior architects and the wider design team, you'll assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and visualisations that bring project visions to life. Your contributions will be integral to creating vibrant, sustainable places that enhance the lives of communities.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and visualisations that effectively communicate design concepts

  • Contribute to the development of creative placemaking solutions under the guidance of senior architects

  • Collaborate with the wider design team, actively participating in project meetings and design discussions

  • Conduct thorough site surveys and analysis to inform evidence-based design decisions

  • Support the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions to ensure project compliance


Requirements

  • Part II Architectural qualification from an accredited institution

  • Strong design and visualisation skills, with proficiency in relevant software

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset

  • Demonstrable passion for placemaking and commitment to sustainable design principles

  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth within a supportive studio environment
