Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. Your research and analysis skills will be instrumental in informing design decisions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, while your effective communication abilities will help maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and developing architectural projects
Produce drawings, models, and presentations to support projects
Collaborate with senior architects and project managers
Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Contribute to the company's portfolio and reputation
Requirements
Part II Architectural qualification or equivalent
Experience in healthcare, education, or commercial projects
Strong technical skills in architectural design and software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality projects and client service
