Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in managing the design process from inception through to post-completion stages.

• Create and explore high-quality 3D models for efficient and effective communication with the in-house team, external consultants, and CGI suppliers.

• Develop compelling presentations to convey design development to clients and stakeholders.

• Generate design solutions aligned with client-agreed issues, ensuring they are presented persuasively to the clients.

• Conduct in-depth research into the requirements of each project, achieving a comprehensive understanding of design challenges.

Requirements

• ARB / RIBA registered or qualified abroad.

• An impressive portfolio displaying design sensibility and technical acumen.

• Advanced 3D modelling capabilities across various software (parametric and computational design highly beneficial).

• Excellent visualisation skills with advanced knowledge of real-time rendering packages – Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion.

• Comfort in designing fluid/freeform architecture and resolving complex geometries.

• Proficient in Rhino software.

• Target-oriented with proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
