Position Overview

As a Newly Qualified Part 3 Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative architectural solutions for our client's high-end residential projects. You will collaborate closely with the team to create exceptional spaces, engage with clients to understand their needs, and coordinate with interior designers and development managers to ensure cohesive project execution. This position offers the opportunity to work across RIBA Stages, primarily stages 2-5.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to design and develop innovative architectural solutions for high-end residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments

• Prepare front-end design documents for pitch presentations, feasibility studies, and planning applications

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the design process

• Coordinate with interior designers and development managers to ensure cohesive project execution

• Work across RIBA Stages, primarily stages 2-5

Requirements

• Newly Qualified Part 3 Architect

• ARB registered or able to register

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small office environment

• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adaptability to evolving project requirements
