We are looking for a talented Architect to join a reputable and globally recognised design practice operating in the heart of Southwark. Responsibilities
In this role, you will steer the architectural vision for a range of impactful large-scale residential projects from tender to construction phases. In this role, you will :
Harness your expertise to ensure all designs meet the highest standards of technical housing, the London Plan, and building regulations.
Craft compelling residential layouts and accommodation schedules that echo the ethos of the studio's design philosophy.
Engage with multidisciplinary teams to secure the successful delivery of bespoke tender or construction packages.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with large-scale UK residential projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM software.
Proven track record within RIBA Stages 3 to 6.
Solid understanding of technical housing standards and compliance.
Versatility in dealing with tender or construction documentation.
Exceptional technical and design capabilities.
Familiarity with Enscape would be advantageous.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
