Our client, a Central London-based architectural studio, is seeking a newly qualified Part 3 Architect to join their creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious architect to contribute to a diverse range of projects, from new-builds to retrofits and extensions, with a focus on sustainable design and sensitive heritage contexts.
Position Overview
As a Part 3 Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative architectural designs that enhance the built environment. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that design concepts are effectively communicated and executed, while adhering to regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
Conceptualise and develop innovative architectural designs for diverse projects, including new-builds, retrofits, and extensions
Incorporate sustainable design principles and consider heritage contexts in all projects
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and execution of design concepts
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Actively participate in design reviews and contribute to team discussions, fostering creativity and collaboration
Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Newly qualified Part 3 Architect with relevant architectural experience
An ability to put togther good feasibility studies
Stage 4&5 experience a big plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration
Passion for creating innovative and environmentally conscious designs
