Our client, a design-led architectural practice in London, is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to establish a new interior design division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced interior designer to make their mark and contribute to the growth of this thriving practice.

Position Overview

As a Mid-Weight Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in setting up and leading the new interior design division. You will work closely with the architectural team to create stunning interior concepts for high-end residential projects, ensuring seamless integration between interior and exterior design elements. 

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury residential projects

• Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and material specifications

• Collaborate with the architectural team to ensure cohesive designs

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to implement design concepts

• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer

• Strong portfolio showcasing mid-weight interior design projects

• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture sourcing

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop)
