Role Overview

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead innovative design proposals, maintaining impeccable standards to impress clients.

• Manage project timelines diligently, ensuring adherence to the strictest of deadlines.

• Innovate business strategies, expanding the consultancy's influence within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

Prospective candidates should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in healthcare project architecture, both public and private.

• In-depth knowledge of various procurement routes within the construction sector.

• Prior engagement with contractor-led projects, with a clear understanding of contractor or novated contracts.

• Mastery of BIM level 2 and proficiency in Revit, with an obligatory Revit proficiency test.

• Commitment to overseeing large project packages or spearheading smaller projects with assured coordination.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) suite.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead internal and external teams effectively.
