Position Overview
As a Healthcare Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will develop innovative design solutions that meet the unique needs of healthcare facilities and their users. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of healing environments that enhance patient care and support the well-being of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, engineers, and project managers, to develop innovative and functional healthcare spaces
Prepare and present design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications, utilising BIM software
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project delivery
Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
Requirements
Qualified Architect with ARB registration
Proven experience in healthcare design and project delivery
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and healthcare design standards (HTMs, HBNs)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills
Proficiency in Revit
