Position Overview:

The role of Senior Architect at this leading practice is both influential and rewarding, merging impeccable design expertise with technical acumen to craft exemplary residential schemes. Your role will have substantial impact within the company, providing you with a platform to exhibit your creativity and refine your prowess in design development and technical execution, especially at the early stages of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design development with a creative and strategic approach at early project stages.

• Utilise strong technical skills to progress construction initiatives.

• Contribute expert knowledge to multi-unit residential schemes.

• Collaborate effectively within a multicultural, multidisciplinary team.

• Oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring excellence in delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' post RIBA Part III UK experience or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated strength in residential design and technical detailing.

• Proficiency in Revit; BIM Level 2 is preferred.

• Experience with Enscape would be advantageous.

• Excellent design, graphic, and communication skills.
