Position Overview

You'll contribute to a range of projects where thoughtful design meets technical precision. Working alongside consultants and contractors, you'll develop design solutions for workplace projects, prepare planning and construction drawings compliant with building regulations and heritage requirements, and participate in site inspections to monitor progress. Your work will directly support the practice's commitment to creating distinctive, memorable places that respect heritage whilst accommodating changing ways we live and work.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design development and technical detailing on projects involving listed and heritage buildings

  • Prepare planning and construction drawings ensuring compliance with building regulations and heritage requirements

  • Collaborate with project teams, including consultants and contractors, to deliver high-quality architectural solutions

  • Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address design or technical issues

  • Support the practice's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in design and construction


Requirements

  • Proven experience on UK-based projects, particularly on wirkplace projects

  • Strong technical skills in design and detailing, especially with listed and heritage buildings

  • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a close-knit team environment
