Position Overview

As a Freelance Architect, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and development of high-end residential projects. You will work closely with the team on both developer-led projects and bespoke, one-off high-end residences. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and creative flair while making a significant impact on the success of each project.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural designs and drawings for high-end residential projects

• Collaborate with the team on developer-led projects and one-off high-end residences

• Contribute to the design and development process from concept to completion

• Create Stage 4 and Stage 5 drawings with a high level of technical detailing

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration

• Proven experience in residential architecture and design

• Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Adaptability and willingness to contribute to a variety of tasks

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential projects
