Position Overview
As Senior Architect, you'll take ownership of residential and co-living projects from concept through to completion on site. You'll coordinate with clients, contractors and consultant teams while producing high-quality design packages and technical documentation.
This role offers the opportunity to shape projects across all RIBA stages while contributing to a supportive studio culture. You'll also play an important part in developing junior team members, sharing your technical knowledge and project leadership experience.
Responsibilities
Lead residential and co-living projects through all RIBA stages
Coordinate with clients, contractors and multi-disciplinary consultant teams
Produce high-quality design packages, detailed drawings and technical specifications
Mentor and support junior architects and assistants
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies
Oversee project delivery from initial concept through to site completion
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive studio environment
Apply sustainability best practices across all project work
Requirements
A Senior Architect with proven experience in co-living or residential projects
Demonstrable track record leading projects through key RIBA stages
Strong technical design capabilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in industry-standard CAD or BIM software
Excellent communication skills for client and consultant coordination
Experience working on high-quality residential, workplace or heritage schemes
Collaborative approach that aligns with a community-minded studio culture
