Responsibilities

You will be working on captivating medium to high-density residential-led mixed-use projects, contributing from the initial feasibility stage through to implementation. Gain a deep understanding of the specific requirements of mixed-use residential design and take charge of developing and leading architectural packages for Tender and Construction. Showcase your expertise in UK building regulations and residential design standards for private and affordable housing, while keeping up-to-date with modern residential development concepts like BTR and offsite construction.

Requirements

• 5 years' post Part II Architect level experience and expertise.

• A track record of successful large-scale residential project completion and client satisfaction.

• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to contribute to project cost-effectiveness.

• Proven responsibility and reliability in project management and execution.

• Exceptional attention to detail in architectural design and documentation.

• Leadership skills to spearhead architectural packages for tender and construction phases.

• Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Residential Design Standards.

• Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and documentation.

• Ability to stay updated on modern trends and innovations in residential development.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for team-based projects.

• Creative problem-solving skills in architectural design and construction challenges.
