Responsibilities
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, your role will be to transform the urban landscapes of Wolverhampton with your creativity and skill. You will:
Collaboratively work through the RIBA Stages on significant mixed-use regeneration projects.
Engage in sustainability meetings, contributing your ideas in a supportive setting.
Practice and develop your skills working on fit-out projects for major clients.
Have an opportunity to lead smaller-scale projects, providing a platform for your career progression.
Requirements
We're looking for a proactive and passionate individual with:
A positive attitude towards learning, embracing the opportunity to continually develop.
Demonstrable experience across RIBA work stages 0-4.
Proficiency or previous experience working in Revit preferable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with an eye for detail.
Confidence in collaborating with a diverse team and delivering on project objectives.
