Responsibilities

• Foster innovative solutions and creative designs, taking projects from concept to completion with exceptional attention to detail.

• Perform comprehensive site visits and analyses, interpreting data to inform design concepts.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications, demonstrating expertise in Vectorworks.

• Engage with cross-functional teams including contractors and engineers to ensure coherent project progression.

• Stay abreast of industry advancements, implementing cutting-edge techniques and sustainable practices.

• Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining open lines of transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Uphold the studio's values and culture, promoting a positive work environment focused on collaboration and well-being.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.

• Proficiency in Vectorworks software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Independently motivated with superb team collaboration capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures.

• Attention to detail and adeptness at meeting project deadlines.
