Position Overview
As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading a £10-12 million manor house project in Jersey. This involves working on refurbishment, extensions, alterations, and new buildings, as well as overseeing the construction of a pool. You will be the central point for the team, working alongside a junior Part 3 Architect, a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, and in house interior designers.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of a high-end residential project in Jersey
Manage refurbishment, extensions, alterations, and new building construction
Oversee the design and construction of a swimming pool
Coordinate and collaborate with the project team, including architects and interior designers
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Requirements
Qualified Architect with significant experience in high-end residential projects
Proficiency in Vectorworks
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
