Here's an exciting opportunity for creative architects to join a leading and design-centred residential architecture studio based in Waterloo. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to create innovative designs for their diverse project portfolio.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Architect, you will play a significant role in overseeing a diverse range of projects; from small mews properties to large apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes. Here's a unique opportunity to apply your strong 'design eye' to develop best-in-class designs which meet the highest standards of quality and uniqueness:
Lead the technical and detailed design processes
Assume client-facing and contractor-facing roles with confidence
Lead and support project teams within the office and onsite
Collaboratively work with clients and colleagues to evolve concepts into well-crafted designs
Requirements
Our client is looking for dynamic and driven individuals with:
Proven design abilities and experience in technical design and delivery
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred but not essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in undertaking residential or other bespoke projects (e.g. hotel/heritage)
