Responsibilities

As a Senior Architect, you will play a significant role in overseeing a diverse range of projects; from small mews properties to large apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes. Here's a unique opportunity to apply your strong 'design eye' to develop best-in-class designs which meet the highest standards of quality and uniqueness:

• Lead the technical and detailed design processes

• Assume client-facing and contractor-facing roles with confidence

• Lead and support project teams within the office and onsite

• Collaboratively work with clients and colleagues to evolve concepts into well-crafted designs

Requirements

Our client is looking for dynamic and driven individuals with:

• Proven design abilities and experience in technical design and delivery

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred but not essential)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in undertaking residential or other bespoke projects (e.g. hotel/heritage)
