This is a bespoke architectural design service provider with extensive experience in the Prime Residential, Hospitality and Creative Media spaces. With a particular interest and specialism in buildings of historic note and heritage importance. Furthermore, they are expanding into high-end film and commercial projects. They value the skill of craft and bring it to the area of faster paced film studio and commercial work.

The Position

As their BIM Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of a BIM strategy. Establishing coordination workflows to be carried out according to time schedule objectives and defining and verifying the model levels of detail and relating drawings. You are also expected to manage geometric and information interferences, as well as take care of procedures for modifying the information content following coordination. If you have knowledge of Clash Detection it would be a plus. This role also provides you with the chance to work on stunning high-end residential projects which they are most famous for.

• Experience teaching others how to use Revit
