With their headquarters in Northern England and a dedicated office in London, they are seeking a talented BIM Manager to join their multidisciplinary team in Angel, London.

Position Overview:

As BIM Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Design Manager, playing a pivotal role in coordinating and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) across high-profile, multi-million-pound projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring top efficiency and seamless delivery, starting with a prominent ultra-luxury residential development in the exclusive Mayfair district, followed by notable refurbishments for one of the world's most iconic hotels.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Inventor-produced models with the Drawing Office

• Create Revit models from 2D AutoCAD drawings for BIM integration and model building elements in Revit

• Support Project Team with BIM Authoring tools

• Develop project content using Revit and Navisworks

• Uphold project compliance with client schedules and BIM Execution Plans

• Integrate BIM information with Base Build models

• Oversee model federation, clash detection, reporting, and resolution

• Adapt to diverse contractual BIM obligations

• Comply with 14001 Environmental, 9001 Quality, and H&S regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the construction industry, specialising in Architectural and MEP sectors

• Proficiency in managing COBie information and project data

• Highly skilled in 3D Modelling and 2D drafting with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

• Expertise in model federation and clash detection

• Capability to work within MEP and contracts department on large design and build projects

• A high level of numeracy, organisation, and attention to detail

• Leadership in coordinating and executing BIM-related tasks
