Our client, an iconic force in the architecture industry, is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join their team in Clerkenwell. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the practice's overarching BIM/Revit activities and contribute to their groundbreaking work across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Position Overview
As a BIM Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing projects in line with the practice's BIM and Design Strategy. This role is split between project-specific requirements, Revit support, and mentorship, as well as the development and reinforcement of the practice's overarching BIM/Revit activities. You will work closely with project teams across London and Hong Kong, ensuring the quality and accuracy of BIM models and data.
Responsibilities
Manage projects in line with the practice's BIM and Design Strategy
Assist project teams in Revit across London and Hong Kong
Coordinate project standards between different teams and models
Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models and data
Lead the ongoing implementation of BIM standards and procedures
Coordinate and maintain project BIM models and associated BIM support documents
Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications
Mentor core design systems and best practices
Requirements
2-3 years of experience working in a BIM Coordinator role within an architecture practice
Minimum of 5 years of experience using Revit on design/construction projects
Advanced knowledge of Revit, including content creation skills
Extensive knowledge and experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and Enscape
Knowledge of COBie and common CDE solutions
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction, or BIM specific further education (preferred)
Knowledge of BS1192, PAS1192, ISO 19650, and other relevant UK BIM standards (essential)
Experience working across a variety of architectural projects at various RIBA stages within a BIM project environment
Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit and AutoCAD (a plus)
