The Position

With a team of 16 highly skilled designers and architects, they're now seeking a Studio Manager who embodies a mix of proactive leadership, exceptional multitasking, and superior organisational and communication skills. If you have a flair for graphic design and can handle a diverse range of responsibilities, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Studio Manager, you will:

• Be the operational linchpin of the studio, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Juggle marketing, human resources, finance, project administration, and business development admin tasks.

• Collaborate closely with the Directors, from diary management to travel arrangements.

• Craft marketing materials, bolster the company’s social media presence, and scout for leads and events.

• Conduct staff appraisals, arrange team outings, and coordinate with PR consultants.

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of best practice in marketing and communications

• Experience in a similar role within a creative industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and independently

• Interest in and knowledge of the architectural sector
