Are you an experienced Architect with a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills and a passion for residential architecture? Our client is looking for an experienced Architect to join their 20-strong team of architects, designers and technicians. With studios in London, Hampshire and France, the studio offers creative freedom and autonomy to lead on a range of inspirational and rewarding projects with challenging briefs.

The Position

As an Architect, you will be expected to work on a number of projects simultaneously, from  stunning high-end  residential projects in France to more developer-led projects such as new build town houses (10-15 units) or even up to 200 units. You must therefore have a keen eye for detail and excellent project management skills.


Requirements

  • Ideally have ArchiCAD or willingness to learn

  • Experience across the RIBA stages

  • Knowledge of UK building regulations

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent resourcing and planning abilities

  • Passionate about design and architecture
