Responsibilities

As a pivotal contributor to the company, you will:

  • Working on Phase 2 of a residential development, steering a series of buildings to match the ambition of the inaugural phase.

  • Spearhead a health centre project, transforming it from the ground up, cascading your influence from conceptual design to completion.

  • Engage in pre-planning for innovative student housing; a role calling for strategic influence over multiple structures and community-oriented spaces.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • ARB registration or equivalent professional architectural qualification

  • An affinity for teamwork and a drive to shape thriving communities

  • An appetite for innovative, research-driven design
